Gold Mine on Cleland

At 20 Cleland it's all about the land, 847 m2 of prime flat juicy land zoned mixed housing suburban with significant development opportunities.
Conveniently placed and close to Blockhouse Bay Rd Cleland offers a quiet peaceful neighbourhood within easy walk to transport and local primary school.
Currently home to a modest four bedroom 1950s weatherboard bungalow the property has not been on the market for almost 50 years.
Although tired and needing major redecoration the options are exciting. Renovate the current property and build on the back lawn, remove the property and build two fine million dollar plus homes or just create one high quality residence with significant space and retaining much of the outstanding back yard.
With Blockhouse Bay now one of the prime areas of urban renewal all three options are viable.
From extended families wishing to live together to developers looking for excellent opportunities the prospects here are exceptional but don't forget to bring your shovel, there's gold here on Cleland.
